His career has spanned Australia, Asia, South Africa, and the USA, working with leading organisations in the digital and technology sectors.
Known for building high-performing teams and aligning people strategies with commercial goals, Trent partners with clients to design and sustain practical, people-first HR solutions that enable both organisations and individuals to thrive.
He brings a grounded, collaborative style and a genuine commitment to cultivating strong, values-led workplace cultures where people feel empowered to do their best work.
Amanda Webb
Amanda is a highly respected business and human resources leader with more than 25 years of experience across corporate, consulting, and entrepreneurial settings. She has held senior roles in leading organisations, founded and led her own successful companies, and contributed extensively to the not-for-profit sector as a Non-Executive Director.
Energetic, pragmatic, and astute, Amanda brings a rare combination of commercial acumen and human insight. She partners with clients to strengthen organisational capability, enhance employee engagement, and promote wellbeing and inclusion across all levels of business.
Amanda is the CEO of Xplore for Success, a purpose-driven leadership consultancy, and the Chair of Dress for Success NSW & ACT, a charity supporting women to achieve economic independence through employment.
